Always Tile & Stone LLC is a family-run commercial flooring contractor with 12+ years of experience and a legacy built by a 4th-generation tile setter. Operating nationally, we’ve completed thousands of large-scale projects with precision, speed, and integrity.

Owner & Lead Estimator

Cassandra Washington

With over 15 years in commercial flooring and estimating, Cassandra oversees all final proposals and executive estimating decisions at Always Tile & Stone. As a co-founder and certified WBE business owner, she ensures every bid meets our quality, profitability, and timeline standards. Her attention to detail and leadership have helped the company scale from a small local operation to a national contractor.

CEO / Managing Director

Ty Meusburger Jr.

A fourth-generation tile expert with 16+ years in the trade, Ty leads the strategic vision and daily operations of Always Tile & Stone. He balances boots-on-the-ground experience with automation, scaling, and national expansion strategies. Ty also heads company development, partnerships, and high-level negotiations with GCs and vendors across the U.S.

Legacy Partner, Field Ops

Ty Meusburger Sr.

With over three decades of hands-on field experience, Ty Sr. serves as the backbone of field quality control and installer mentorship. He ensures all job sites uphold our highest standards, provides guidance to the installation crews, and reinforces the family values that built the company.

Director of Vendor & G.C Relationships

Ryan Anderson

Ryan brings years of sales and client relations experience, having previously worked in high-volume automotive sales before joining Always Tile & Stone. He now oversees vendor partnerships, negotiates pricing tiers, and manages strategic relationships with general contractors. Ryan plays a key role in strengthening the company’s national network and securing repeat business from high-value clients.

Estimating Coordinator & Bid Processor

Moses De Leon

Moses began as a tile setter with Always Tile & Stone, spending over 7 years mastering commercial installation before transitioning into estimating. Now, as Estimating Coordinator & Bid Processor, he manages incoming bid requests, organizes takeoffs, and ensures proposal workflows run smoothly. His field experience gives him a strong edge in identifying scope risks and keeping bids grounded in real jobsite conditions.

Estimator & Project Manager ( Hybrid )

Tanner Twiggs

Tanner brings over 6 years of field experience in commercial flooring to his current hybrid role as Estimator & Project Manager. His hands-on background allows him to price jobs with precision and manage site execution with confidence. Based in the Southwest, Tanner prepares detailed bids, coordinates with GCs, and oversees project timelines to ensure each job runs smoothly from start to finish.

Field Manager

Andre Hanks

Andre has been on the ground with Always Tile & Stone since 2016, building deep expertise in large-scale commercial flooring installations. As Field Manager, he oversees crew coordination, quality control, and day-to-day jobsite execution. Known for his dependability and leadership, Andre plays a key role in mobilizing new projects, solving field challenges, and maintaining high workmanship standards across every install.

Executive Operations Coordinator

Chidera plays a vital role in streamlining internal operations, managing executive schedules, and ensuring communication flows efficiently across departments. She oversees inbox triage, follows up on task assignments, and supports the coordination of estimating, finance, and field workflows. Her ability to keep the backend of the business organized allows the team to operate at full capacity.

Full-Time Bookkeeper & Accountant

Russell manages all bookkeeping, payroll tracking, and financial reporting for Always Tile & Stone. With expertise in QuickBooks and job cost management, he ensures every project’s revenue, expenses, and labor hours are accurately tracked. Russell plays a key role in maintaining clean books, preparing the company for tax filings, and helping leadership make data-driven financial decisions.

Estimator

Ahmed Faraz

Ahmed handles the majority of takeoffs at Always Tile & Stone, bringing over 5 years of experience in flooring and construction-based estimating. Using MeasureSquare and other digital tools, he quickly produces precise quantity surveys and scope outlines. His work feeds directly into the bidding pipeline, where the coordination team prepares proposals for submission. Ahmed plays a critical behind-the-scenes role in keeping our estimating engine efficient and competitive.

Lead Systems & Automation Developer

Senguttuvan Ganesan

SenG leads all internal systems development and automation at Always Tile & Stone. He is focused on modernizing the company’s operations by building custom workflows, automating repetitive tasks, and integrating tools like Google Apps Script, Drive, and Forms. His work reduces overhead, eliminates bottlenecks, and maximizes efficiency across estimating, project management, and finance—benefiting both our internal team and our clients.
